By using If I Die you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
If I Die stores private messages that you write and delivers them to the recipients you designate only after your chosen trusted person confirms your passing and a 24-hour safety delay elapses without cancellation.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Only designate a trusted person you actually trust.
- Only write messages that comply with the law.
- Ensure recipient contact details are accurate.
No guarantee
We make reasonable efforts to deliver your messages but cannot guarantee delivery if a recipient's contact information becomes invalid or if a trusted person never confirms your passing.
Payments
Subscriptions are billed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time via your account. Cancelling stops future billing.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service to send threats, harassment, illegal content, or content that would harm the recipient.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
